The Delivery Manager will be responsible for maximising the ongoing performance of one or more cross-functional software engineering teams, ensuring predictability, visibility, collaboration and high quality. The Delivery Manager will run delivery ceremonies, establish project backlogs, produce estimates, support forecasting and budgeting, and deliver commitments to the business on-time while minimising risks and surprises. The Delivery Manager will create the environment for product success in terms of the tools, the process, resources, budgets, and the information that allows for informed decision making around requirements, budgets, planning, high quality output and issue resolution.
Key Experience
• At least 10 years in an Agile environment, and 5 years as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master
• At least 2-3 years Scrum Master & experience
• Experience with running multiple Scrum teams at scale.
• Experience in using industry tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA and Roadmap tools
