PMO Analyst will be overseeing a set of programmes that contribute to the successful delivery of business objectives and working with a large number of Project/Programme Managers and other colleagues across the globe. Youโ€™ll be offering insights into various projects that the team are working on and providing recommendations for improvement based on challenges, stakeholders involved, resource, and budget, always ensuring that weโ€™re on track to deliver what we promised to the business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Maintaining the Framework process, templates, and tools to enable the effective and efficient delivery of projects and programmes
  • Analysing a range of information sources and engaging with the relevant stakeholders to create informed reporting insights, driving alignment across the portfolioโ€™s goals
  • Working closely with Delivery leads and Programme managers to create and maintain portfolio/programme delivery schedules, milestones, and tasks, and organising regular workshops to update key stakeholders
  • Identifying process and tooling opportunities to streamline the programme operations and improve the programme's efficiency and ROI
  • Designing and delivering business performance analytics capability that facilitates a deep understanding of the performance drivers in projects and demonstrates portfolio/programme ROI and effectiveness
  • Conducting periodic analyses using internal and external data to derive insights that will drive programme development and decision making

  • Quantitative/analytical skills
  • MS Excel skills are essential, alongside knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project
