About the role
  • Provide guidance to all Heads of Departments on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues including, but not limited to, conflict management, performance management, employee relations, talent and team development, and compliance.
  • Own and execute the end-to-end employee experience from onboarding through to exit
  • Process employment contracts and any amendments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers and leaders across the business on all HR related matters
  • Improve and administer the annual performance review process, as well as probation reviews, performance management and any exit interviews
  • Ensure all HR administration is 100% compliant with statutory requirements
  • Use your energy, HR expertise and business acumen to establish a trusted partnership with a diverse set of business managers
About you
  • 3 + years in similar people management / HR roles
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Strong in communicating with all level stakeholders, keen collaborator and builds strong relationships with employees.
  • Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • A relevant HR Qualification (or, alternatively, you will have experience)
